£34,680 - £40,800 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)
Remote/Field-Based, travel around Wales around 3-4 a week, with occasionally visits to our Head Office in Manchester city centre
Secondment until May 2026

We're looking for a Format Delivery Lead to join our Operations Support Centre (OSC) team and help to deliver transformation and change across our Co-op Food business.

In this field-based role, you'll travel to our Co-op stores across Wales, supporting our store colleagues to successfully implement any required changes, such as store relays to comply with the High Fat Salt & Sugar legislation. This is a great opportunity for you to help shape and influence the future of our remote store estate and deliver commercial benefits to our business.

What you'll do

• Make sure all impacted Co-op stores receive a store relay via store colleagues or a third-party merchandiser
• Take accountability of the end-to-end change and store sign-off processes
• Provide support to our stores both pre and post-relay, making sure everything is in place to set them up for success
• Work as part of the team to complete detailed reviews and manage relay, including resolving issues and providing extra support to stores as required
• Support our Operations Mangers and Risk & Compliance colleagues through coaching to enable them to sustain the change once the legislation is live

This role will suit people who have

• Previously worked in a food store environment
• Have experience of delivering change
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues of all levels of seniority
• Good planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work to specific deadlines
