Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial is seeking a Forklift Driver for a full-time, temporary contract lasting 6-8 weeks in Ledbury. This role involves operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT within a busy warehouse environment. A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is essential. The position offers a salary of £13 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 16:00 pm.

Key duties include receiving supplier deliveries, picking and packing customer orders, and loading goods for dispatch. You will also support stock control through inventory checks, replenish production areas, and maintain clear stock identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely and efficiently
• Receiving, checking and storing supplier deliveries
• Picking, packing and loading customer orders for dispatch
• Supporting stock control activities, including inventory checks and stock counts
• Replenishing production areas and maximising warehouse space
• Ensuring stock is clearly identified and stored correctly
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse and yard
• Complying with all Health & Safety and quality procedures

Skills & Experience

• Valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using warehouse systems, ERP software and barcode scannersGood organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
