Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Temp to Perm - HeadcornStart Date: February 2026Pay: £13.00 per hour rising to £13.50 per hourLocation: Headcorn, KentContract: Temporary to PermanentHours: Rotating shifts - Week 1: 07:00-15:00 Week 2: 15:00-23:00We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver for our client's busy warehouse in Headcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period.Forklift Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Moving stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Must have your own transport due to location.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts (early and late).
- Reliability and good attention to detail.
- Competitive pay rate of up to £13.50 per hour.
- Weekly pay via PAYE through Pertemps
