Responsibilities

• Oversee woodland operations across the Highlands, managing geographically dispersed and often remote sites.
• Plan and supervise harvesting operations, restocking programmes, compliance and reporting, and day-to-day client liaison.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure operational judgment and autonomy in day-to-day decision making.

The Candidate

• Background in forestry or land management
• Strong operational experience across harvesting, restocking, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently across remote sites
• Well organised, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Confident dealing with contractors and landowners
