About the Role

We are seeking a Forensic Accounting Manager who is passionate about forensic accounting, reviews and dispute advisory, looking to take the next step in their forensics career. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in Dublin or Cork, build your career at the intersection of forensic accounting, data, audit and strategy, partnering with clients as a trusted advisor, while gaining exposure to high-profile cases and internal collaboration with legal teams, our wider Deals practice and Forensic Technology teams.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver forensic engagements - support and lead complex engagements involving damages quantification, forensic reviews and investigations, forensic accounting, and economic analysis for commercial disputes.
  • Analyze and interpret complex information - document review and financial analysis, to identify key issues, assess evidence and contribute to case strategy.
  • Develop high-quality factual and expert reports - prepare clear, evidence-based reports for client and legal use.
  • Team - nurture, inspire and empower junior teams through learning, development and delivery of high quality work across a portfolio of client engagements.
  • Contribute to practice growth - support business development, innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Leverage technology - use data analytics and e discovery tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent).
  • Typically 3+ years PQE in forensic accounting, dispute advisory, audit, or litigation support.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams, and experience in leading forensic client engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Experience delivering data analysis, document review and interviews to evidential standards.
  • Proven ability to prepare clear, well structured reports for advisory, investigation or expert purposes.
  • Comfortable working with legal teams and contributing to expert assignments.
  • Forensics or dispute related certification is an advantage.
