Foreman / Site Manager Booterstown / Blackrock, Co. Dublin 
€75,000 - €85,000
We are seeking a reliable Foreman / Site Manager for a residential contractor on a 9-month project in Booterstown / Blackrock, Co. Dublin, converting an existing building into two units and building one new unit.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
- Organise daily labour, plant and materials
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
- Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
- Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager
- Proven experience as a Foreman with a main contractor or housebuilder
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
- Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Contract candidates will also be considered
- Long-term career progression with a respected contractor

- Salary of €75,000 - €85,000
