Football Development Lead: Teacher Growth & PE CPD

Arsenal is seeking a Football Development Coordinator - Teacher Development to lead our teacher development programme within Premier League Primary Stars. You will mentor teachers, co-deliver sessions, and develop resources to raise PE standards across local schools and communities.

You will also support football delivery and coach development while tracking impact through reporting and case studies. This 24-month contract emphasizes safeguarding and inclusive practice across partner schools.
