Food Safety Inspectors

We have the opportunity to secure a long term contract, minimum 4 years, to deliver food hygiene / standards inspections for a large local authority in the West Midlands. This is a contract we have previously delivered on a number of occasions and typical inspection numbers range from per year. The contract will commence in June.

We are looking to register interest from anyone who may be looking to complete inspection work over the duration of the contract. The premises will be a range of Cat C, D, E and Unrated new businesses.

Responsibilities

Delivering the work is very straightforward - you will simply be asked to complete a full premises inspection and associated paperwork. You will return paperwork to the client and they will write to the business to advise of risk ratings. The work programme is very flexible and allows for weekend and evening work. We will simply ask you to specify your availability for a given period and an estimate of how many inspections you can complete, we will then allocate accordingly.

Qualifications

We need those with experience inspecting on behalf of a Local Authority. You will need to provide evidence of your competency and be qualified to carry out both hygiene and standards inspections. You can work via a limited company or umbrella.

Pay Rates

• £60-£65 Cat C
• £55-£60 Cat D
• £45-£50 Cat E
