Food Safety Inspector(s)

Overview

We have a longstanding contract with Manchester City Council where we typically deliver in excess of 1200 food premises inspections each year. We are looking to add some additional resource and require Food Hygiene and Food Standards competent EHPs to take on some inspections over the next 3-9 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete full inspections
• Produce the inspection report and FHRS
• Issue a pro-forma on site
• In cases of major contraventions, issue a letter (rare)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Copy of CPD record for the past two years
• Competency framework document
• Technical qualifications
• Contact details for 2 professional references

Work Pattern and Collaboration

Contact us for full details including work pattern. The work can be completed around existing commitments if you only have limited availability and we are happy to split the workload across multiple inspectors.

Compensation

• £68 for a B
• £55 for a C
• £50 for a D
• £44 for an E
