We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Production Operative with line leading a machine operations, to join a well-established pet food production company based in the Old Leake area of Boston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work within a growing production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a pet food production line
• Leading line operations
• Operating basic production machinery
• Quality checking products to ensure company standards are met
• General warehouse duties, including keeping the work area clean and organized
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Duration: temp to perm role only (requires full-time obligation)

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Starting wage £14.60, Overtime paid at time and a quarter, Weekly pay 28 days annual leave pro-rata

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off rotating shift patterns. Days 0600 - 1800. Nights 1800 - 0600. 12 hour shifts.

Closing Date: 2026-04-21
