The Role

As a Bartender at Marine Troon, you will be entrusted with delivering refined, intuitive service that enhances the guest journey and reflects the heritage, character, and standards of Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts.

You will demonstrate exceptional knowledge of premium beverages, cocktail craftsmanship, service etiquette, and presentation, ensuring every interaction is seamless, polished, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a calm, confident, and personalised bar service that exceeds guest expectations
• Prepare and present classic and contemporary cocktails with exceptional consistency and finesse
• Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation within the bar
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and food pairings
• Engage guests with warmth and professionalism while respecting discretion and privacy
• Accurately manage cash and card transactions with absolute attention to detail
• Execute opening and closing procedures to the highest operational standards
• Support private events and high-profile services with professionalism and composure
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure flawless service delivery
• Support and guide FOH colleagues in maintaining five-star service standards when required
