The Rookery at Links House, Carnoustie is looking for a Supervisor to help lead our front of house team in one of Angus's most distinctive dining settings. Set overlooking the world-famous Carnoustie Golf Links, The Rookery celebrates the best of Scotland's land and sea through seasonal menus, relaxed hospitality and warm, professional service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across our restaurant and bar operation.
What You'll Do:- Lead the Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervise the Front of House team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Create Experiences: Take the lead in delivering world-class service in an iconic championship golf and hospitality destination.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day F&B operations, maintaining impeccable service standards.
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, recall menus, and ensure that every dining experience is unforgettable.
- Proven operational knowledge and experience in a first-class restaurant and bar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team. Experience working in a Supervisory position in hospitality for a minimum of 1 year.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly positive, customer-first attitude.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (2,080 hours per annum, approx. 40 hours per week).
- Schedule: Monday-Sunday (evening and weekend work will be required).
