Role Description This is a full time, on site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor based in Bristol.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring excellence in customer service and maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Additional responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with service standards, addressing guest concerns, and assisting in the training of team members to deliver a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including staff management and leadership
• Knowledge of Service Standards and ability to enforce them effectively
• Experience in Food Service and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene protocols
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and food safety regulations is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable
