Food & Beverage Supervisor - Drawing Room

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Drawing Room team on a full-time contract of employment. Overlooking the formal gardens, flooded with natural daylight, radiating warmth and exquisite style, The Drawing Room is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude. The Drawing Room is open from 8:00am where guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5:00pm, and sip a flute of champagne or enjoy a cocktail created by our expert Mixologist, any time of the day.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a warm, engaging personality who relates well to people and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience supervising a team in a similar environment is essential.
