Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused Food & Beverage Server to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. This is a full time seasonal position for the summer period, with a preferred contract running until 1 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service to every guest.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages in a professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and presentable at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations consistently.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams.
- Process payments and operate tills where required.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training can be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team oriented attitude.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a refined, fast paced setting.
