• Rate of Pay - £34,000 plus tronc of approx £3-5k
• Hours - 45 per week

Overview

You are an organiser who loves leading and motivating your team. As Food and Beverage Manager, you're responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management.
• Manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure guests receive amazing hospitality at all times.
• Ensure staff deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhance the guest journey at every opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management with sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player and hands on approach.
• Passion for hospitality and a smile in service delivery.
