You develop, test, and implement new recipes and specialties, ensuring the dissemination of daily menus, monthly cards, and F&B supports. You analyze sales using menu engineering tools to optimize the offerings and profitability. You manage recipes and items in our ERP (Arkeio), in line with the marketing gastronomy roadmap, and ensure a watch on collective trends. You design and manage proposals for institutions (schools, companies, etc.). You are the main contact person for clients and adapt offerings based on their feedback and actively participate in prospecting, defining prices (in collaboration with management), and tracking. You coordinate exchanges with production kitchens and update relevant supports. You are the reference person for audits and labels (Green Fork, Let's Cook Our Region).Analysis and projects:You monitor and analyze the performance of F&B offers and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures with Quality teams and lead culinary projects, while participating in the development of our service. You organize and facilitate Team X meetings and coordinate the Taste Festival.What you bring:You hold a degree in F&B management and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable with analytical tools (menu engineering, ERP, dashboards). You are organized, autonomous, capable of managing multiple files simultaneously, with a true sensitivity to culinary trends and food experiences. You enjoy teamwork and seek a role without management responsibilities.
