Food & Beverage Manager - responsible for steering the full spectrum of F&B operations, supporting commercial performance, cost control and superior guest service across multiple dining areas.
Responsibilities- Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
- Oversee multiple dining areas, maintaining and exceeding high service standards.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep.
- Monetary responsibilities such as budgeting, cost control and sales analysis to drive commercial performance.
- Monitor rotas and payroll and support team development, collaborating with senior management.
- Leadership experience in Food & Beverage management.
- Strong financial skills in budgeting, cost control and sales analysis.
- Excellent people management skills, with focus on recruitment, training and performance.
- Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Experience in inventory management and supplier relations.
- 7 day week operation, 0600 to 2300.
- Shift patterns vary by business needs and cover all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Evening availability for functions until 0200.
