Position

Food & Beverage Manager - responsible for steering the full spectrum of F&B operations, supporting commercial performance, cost control and superior guest service across multiple dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
  • Oversee multiple dining areas, maintaining and exceeding high service standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep.
  • Monetary responsibilities such as budgeting, cost control and sales analysis to drive commercial performance.
  • Monitor rotas and payroll and support team development, collaborating with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Leadership experience in Food & Beverage management.
  • Strong financial skills in budgeting, cost control and sales analysis.
  • Excellent people management skills, with focus on recruitment, training and performance.
  • Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Experience in inventory management and supplier relations.
Schedule
  • 7 day week operation, 0600 to 2300.
  • Shift patterns vary by business needs and cover all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Evening availability for functions until 0200.
