FMCG Supply Planning Lead (Hybrid)

The Compleat Food Group in Nottingham (Hybrid Working) is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning for the Impulse division. You will balance demand, production capacity, inventory, and cost to optimise service levels.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance and commercial teams, drive S&OP, manage KPIs such as OTIF and stockholding, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to unlock value.
