FM Bid Estimator & Tender Lead

ECG Facilities Services is seeking a senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for M&E maintenance contracts in the UK. You will manage tender timelines, site visits, documentation reviews and post-tender presentations to clients.

You will analyse outcomes, gather client feedback, and work with Operations, Technical Management and Contract Support teams to drive continuous improvement. A strong background in PPM estimating and procurement is essential.
