Counterbalance Forklift Drivers - 12 Hour Shifts (Days & Nights) - Telford
Pay: £13.31 per hour (Days) / £15.13 Night Shift Premium
Contract: Fixed until March 2027
Hours: 7:30 - 19:30 or 19:30 - 7:30
Location: Telford
The Role
We're recruiting experienced counterbalance forklift drivers to join a long term shift rota running until March 2027. You'll be supporting warehouse and production operations, moving stock safely, loading/unloading, and keeping materials flowing across site.
This is a stable, well structured role with fixed 12 hour shifts and a night shift premium.

Dayshift (£13.31 per hour)

- Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday + every other Sunday
- Thursday-Friday-Saturday + every other Sunday
- Sunday-Monday-Tuesday + every other Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, pallets and materials across site
- Supporting production and warehouse flow
- Following site safety procedures and reporting hazards
- Maintaining housekeeping standards
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts
- Good communication and reliability
- Strong awareness of health & safety
