Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking FLT Driver / Labourer to join our team in Lutterworth for a 6-month contract starting mid-March. The role involves unloading and loading wagons with industrial equipment, maintaining a clean and safe site, loading skips, and performing general labouring duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading wagons safely and efficiently.
• Operating a forklift truck (FLT) where required.
• Keeping the site tidy and organised.
• Loading and managing skips.
• Supporting general labouring tasks as needed.

Requirements

• B1 licence required.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience in industrial loading/unloading or labouring roles preferred.
• Ability to work 10 hour days.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• 6 month contract with the potential for extension.
