Reports to: Head of Events
Location: London (studio-based with travel as required)
This is not a traditional events role.
We are looking for an exceptional florist who leads from the front - someone who can manage complex, high-end events because they understand floral design at a professional level.
You will lead the delivery of weddings, private and corporate events, managing both the creative execution and the people on the ground. This role sits firmly between floristry, operations and team leadership.
You will be present in our Design studio, on client meetings, and on-site at events - often with early starts, late finishes and weekend work. This is a hands on leadership role, not a remote or purely desk based position.
The team must look to you for direction and standards - you are setting the bar.
