Floor-Lead F&B Supervisor - Expert Service on Shift

The Lygon Arms, a historic luxury hotel in Broadway, is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team. This is an operational, guest-facing role ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.

You'll supervise day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounges operations, lead shifts, train on shift and handle guest feedback with confidence while staying floor-focused.
