Flexible-Shift Retail Customer Service Associate

Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members to join our Northampton store. You'll work with a friendly team, deliver welcoming service, stock shelves, and support in-store operations. The role may involve post office or bakery tasks and helping with online orders.

Part-time contract: 24 hours per week with regular overtime, full training provided, and opportunities to help the local community. Competitive shifts include early mornings and evenings, with at least one weekend shift.
