Flexible-Shift Customer Experience Advisor

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Solihull and Birmingham branches on a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract. You will support customers with everyday banking, both in-branch and on the phone, and work with a multi-skilled team in a busy retail environment.

Starting salary is £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and the potential to earn an 8% discretionary bonus. 25 days' holiday, healthcare options, pension contributions and staff discounts are also offered.
