Flexible Learning Mentor for SEND Learners

SENse Learning is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for young people with SEND in Kempston. You will help disengaged students engage with creative, interest-based sessions and build essential life skills.

The role offers flexible hours, in-person, hybrid, and community-based opportunities, rolling interviews, enhanced DBS and references, and a supportive team focused on safeguarding and student wellbeing.
