Aldwych Consulting is recruiting a Building Surveyor in Southampton to join a growing, collaborative team. You'll work across Defence, Blue Light, Education and Housing projects with project values from £10k to £3m, enjoying genuine flexibility and a culture that supports development.

You'll undertake surveys, prepare documentation, provide professional advice and manage regional schemes, while developing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
