Fleet Uptime Specialist - Customer Care & VOR

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to keep customers' fleets available and on the road. You will manage uptime, communicate with the dealer network, and coordinate with third-party partners to resolve issues efficiently.

The role offers a base salary in the £30,000-£33,000 range with a quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive training. Holiday entitlement starts at 22 days plus statutory, with bonuses and team events throughout the year.
