Fleet Rental and Customer Support Specialist

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Administrator to join our team in London. You will handle customer rental needs, process inquiries, and support fleet and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will deal with calls and emails, arrange vehicle changeovers, book MOTs, process new rentals and off-hires, and deliver high levels of service. A full driving licence and a proactive, friendly approach are essential.
