Fleet Customer Care Specialist

Calex UK in Coventry is recruiting Fleet Customer Care Agents to support the Stellantis Fleet Customer Care team, delivering solutions to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will interact directly with Fleet customers in the Dealer Network and collaborate with Aftersales, Technical and Network Development, focusing on active listening and effective issue resolution by telephone and email.
