Fixed Term Locum GP

An excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a long-term position within a highly regarded, forward-thinking training practice in South East Hampshire.

The practice is open to both GPs seeking a permanent salaried position and those looking to begin with a 6-month locum contract, with a genuine opportunity to move into a salaried role during or following the initial contract.

Conveniently located within easy reach of Portsmouth, the South Downs and the Solent, this well-established practice has an excellent reputation for high-quality patient care, strong clinical leadership and a genuinely supportive team culture.

With a CQC rating of Good across all areas, the surgery continues to invest in its clinicians, systems and wider multidisciplinary team.

• 6 sessions per week, working Wednesday to Friday

• £700-£750 per day for the locum arrangement

• Initial 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible

The practice looks after over 16,000 patients across well organised sites and has an established multidisciplinary team, including Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, First Contact Physiotherapists and a dedicated Paramedic Home Visiting Team through the PCN.
