We will work together CDD - Maintenance Electrician We will work together The Cheneviers plant continuously ensures the energy management of waste for nearly inhabitants, while strictly adhering to environmental standards. This mission relies on the constant availability of complex industrial facilities: furnaces, boilers, treatment and transport equipment. The electrical service of waste activity (VD) operates on all of this equipment to guarantee their reliability, ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety 24/7 and 365 days a year, providing energy for a sustainable Geneva. Within the electrical service of the Maintenance & Technical Support unit VD, you participate, under the responsibility of the foreman, in the maintenance and support of the main equipment. Your main missions are: - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment (MT, BT, switchgear, control systems); - Participate in assembly or dismantling work; - Review daily tasks assigned to you by the foreman, both directly with him and via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO); - Organize and prioritize interventions by preparing them as best as possible with all stakeholders (operators, warehouse, other maintenance actors, internal or external staff); - Always ensure the safety of your actions, for yourself and others, by adhering to safety rules (work permits, safety measures, working alone or in a team); document your interventions. - Contribute to a good team spirit by being proactive, dynamic, cordial, punctual, and respectful; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by proposing solutions for processes, methods, and equipment; - Ensure the development of your technical and interpersonal skills by participating in training and engaging in dialogue with specialized external company staff; - Follow up on your tasks through your skills and personality. You are: - An industrial maintenance electrician - Experienced in industrial troubleshooting (heavy industry: cement works, metallurgy ) - Competent in all or part of the electrical engineering fields (MT/BT distribution, electric speed control and rotating machines; control systems; hardware systems; voice, data, image networks, access control) - Comfortable reading complex electrical schematics - You also possess good writing skills (reports, minutes ) Your academic background: - CFC or ES technician in electricity, 15 years of experience in an industrial environment; - Knowledge of orders, laws, and regulations in force in the canton limited to installation according to article 13 OIBT or possessing the prerequisites for obtaining it; - Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management tools (GMAO), ideally SAP and common software (Office Suite); - A high mastery of the safety rules and guidelines inherent in an industrial environment that may be specific. The position involves work at heights, confined spaces, and is also subject to regular on-call service (about 10 weeks per year, including weekends, nights, and holidays). The holder must have a light vehicle driving license and possess personal transportation means with a travel time from home to the plant of less than one hour.
