Fitness Manager: Lead a Dynamic Team at a 24/7 Gym (Flex)

The Gym Group in London Docklands is seeking a Fitness Manager on a flex contract. You will support the General Manager in running the gym, deputise in absence, and lead the team to deliver outstanding member experiences.

You will manage class timetables, drive commercial performance, ensure Health & Safety, handle rotas, time tracking, and security, and you can PT during employed hours keeping 100% earnings. Level 2 Fitness Instructor preferred.
