About the Role:

As a Fitness Instructor, you'll be part of a professional and motivated team, delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

You'll lead and inspire members and guests through a range of fitness activities including cardio, strength training, and stretching. You'll work with individuals of all ages and abilities, supporting their goals through tailored programmes and motivational advice.

Your role will also include member check-ins, conducting show rounds, driving special promotions and supporting the growth of membership numbers.

You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, carrying out pool checks, maintaining accurate records, and helping maintain a clean and functional space that reflects the highest standards.

About You:

• Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in fitness instructing or a similar recognised qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage and motivate guests and team members alike.
• Passionate about the fitness and wellness industry, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Able to work as part of a team, but also confident working independently with minimal supervision.
• Motivated, flexible, and organised with a strong focus on cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
