Fitness First is seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager to lead the club's fitness experience, manage freelance personal trainers, and coach the team to deliver exceptional member journeys. You will oversee onboarding, schedule group classes, and ensure a high-energy, safe environment for all members.

You will also drive operational standards and take on Duty Manager duties in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring a seamless, engaging club experience for every guest.
