Fitness Club Duty Manager - Member Experience & Sales

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Chingford Fitness & Wellbeing Club. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with a permanent contract, offering up to £28,618.48 pro rata plus sales commission.

You'll open/close the club, engage members, and lead by example while ensuring top service standards. You will also conduct tours for prospective members, oversee health and safety, contribute to sales goals, and be prepared to cover Lifeguard breaks.
