First-Line IT Support & Customer Care Specialist

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an IT Customer Advisor to provide first-line IT support for Capgemini clients at Porton Down, Salisbury. You will be the primary contact for customers, logging requests and guiding them to resolutions with strong communication skills.

This role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided to build IT knowledge and service excellence in a dynamic team environment.
