First Contact Physiotherapist - PCN MSK Specialist

The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC is seeking a First Contact Physiotherapist to work within a Primary Care Network in Hayes. You will assess and treat MSK conditions, manage long-term issues, and promote self-care within a multidisciplinary team of PCN staff and GPs.

You will provide clinical expertise as a first contact, progress investigations, and support behaviour change and activity goals while liaising with secondary care and on-site colleagues.
