Sprinkler Service Engineer 
Location: Field-Based, covering counties west of the M25 (Berkshire/Surrey/Buckinghamshire)

- Service and maintain industry-leading fire suppression systems for our valued customers.
- Ensure workplaces remain safe and compliant, supporting our Zero Harm culture.
- Deliver against performance KPIs, including deficiency resolution and revenue targets.
- Provide expert fault finding, problem solving, and customer support.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
- Test and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre action, deluge, foam) plus hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies.
- Operate and flow test diesel and electric pumps.
- Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards through accurate electronic reporting.
- Deliver a first class customer experience with professionalism and technical excellence.
- Proven experience servicing mechanical fire suppression systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self motivated-able to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reporting
