Finishing Foreman (Period Refurbishment/New Build) - Contract

Killiney, South Dublin

ICDS are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a medium sized developer/contractor for a Refurbishment of a period property & New Build housing in Killiney.

Contract will run for 5-6 months.

You will have several years' experience in a similar role, in the residential sector.

You will be either trade and / or technically qualified with proven track-record of delivering similar projects within budget and programme.
