About Your New Job

• Supervise Finishing Works: As the Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing work on the residential site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate Teams: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise on site promptly and effectively to keep the project on track.

What Skills You Need

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high quality finishes.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
