Robertson Bell are delighted to be partnering with a distinguished housing association to recruit a Financial Systems Specialiston a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical expertise and business partnering skills whilst supporting a leading organisation in the sector.

In this Financial Systems Specialist role, you will:

• Maximise the use of Microsoft Dynamics, supporting the finance function and the wider organisation.
• Provide first-line support for financial systems, handling tickets and resolving user issues effectively.
• Take the lead in improving financial systems processes and procedures across the business.
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing training and upskilling on system use.

Based in Central London, the successful candidate will benefit from a flexible hybrid working pattern, requiring only two days per week in the office. With a competitive salary of £38,000 to £43,000, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to develop both technically and professionally.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience working with Microsft Dynamics within a financial setting.
• Possess strong technical support skills, with a track record in ticket handling, issue resolution, and user training.
• Ideally bring business partnering experience, or at least a strong interest in developing these skills.
• Be a proactive communicator with a personable approach, confident in engaging with stakeholders across the organisation.
