Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Financial, Planning and Analysis Manager on behalf of our client operating in the shipping and logistics industry. This is a permanent opportunity based onsite in Co. Cork.

Role:

• Own the annual budgeting process across all business units
• Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business strategy
• Develop and maintain robust, dynamic financial models to support business strategy
• Act as a key finance partner to business unit leads
• Support operational teams with financial insights and decision making tools
• Take full ownership of all management reporting
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, tools, and systems

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in an FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical role
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong commercial instinct with a strategic mindset
• Confident, personable, and able to build strong relationships across all levels
