Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader - Financial Planning Support

Location: Bristol (Hybrid working)

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000


This is an excellent opportunity for a team-focused professional with experience in financial services administration to step into a leadership role within a respected financial planning business.

We're working with a successful and growing firm that values operational excellence and strong collaboration across teams. In this role, you'll manage a team of support staff, working closely with Financial Planners to ensure high standards of service delivery, technical accuracy, and workflow efficiency - all while developing a positive team culture.


The Required Skills:

• Experience in a financial planning, IFA or wealth management environment

• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and wider financial products

• Proven ability to manage and develop a team

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Comfortable with Excel, including intermediate functions (e.g. Pivot Tables)

• Analytical and process-driven mindset

• Enjoys building relationships and fostering team collaboration
