Expertise & Qualifications We are seeking professionals who can immediately contribute at a senior level: Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in the pension, wealth management, and protection sectors is essential. Essential Foundation: QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is the minimum requirement to apply. Success Accelerator: Candidates holding the prestigious CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and/or RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor) designations possess the comprehensive expertise required to immediately thrive, lead complex engagements, and maximize their potential in this senior position. Industry Context: A strong track record in broker environments is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse product portfolios and client needs.
