I am looking for a commercially minded finance leader ready to take ownership of the full financial function for a fast growing international logistics business.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all financial operations, deliver accurate reporting, drive profitability, and partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Role & Responsibilities- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Managing cash flow and ensuring strong financial controls
- Analysing profitability across shipments, branches, and regions
- Overseeing month end processes and statutory compliance
- Partnering with operational teams to identify efficiencies and drive performance
- Supporting European territories with oversight of accounting and filings
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leadership
- Mentoring and developing finance team members
- Fully qualified or QBE accountant
- Strong experience in financial management (logistics/supply chain advantageous)
- Excellent analytical capabilities and advanced Excel/ERP skills
- A hands on, solutions focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
