Financial Controller - West Dublin - SME - 90K

Our client, a growing and well established SME in the Infrastructure business based in Tallaght, Dublin 24, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager ready to take the next step in their career into a Financial Controller position within a fast paced and commercially driven environment.

The Role

• Full ownership of the finance function while managing a busy finance team and overseeing all aspects of the month end process.
• Lead and mentor a high performing finance team.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Cashflow management and financial controls.
• Business partnering with operational teams.
• Managing audit and compliance requirements.
• Driving process improvements across the finance function.

The Person

• Qualified Accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA).
• Minimum 5 years' PQE.
• Strong experience managing all aspects of month end.
• Previous experience leading a busy finance team.
• Industry experience within IT, IT Infrastructure, Construction, or a similar project driven environment.

Candidates without relevant industry exposure will not be considered. Applicants must hold a valid visa permitting them to work in Ireland.

Hybrid - One day at home, 4 days office.
