A housing specialist that focusses on delivering housing services designed to accommodate the specific requirements of tenants. They work closely with landlords, local authorities, and external organisations to provide housing.
Your new role
The objective is to design, build, and implement a robust Financial Forecasting Model and an automated Management Information Dashboard. A key component of this project is the integration of microfinancing mechanics to support the business.
This role will initially be fractional - the client is looking to secure a candidate happy to work one day per week and then scale up as the business grows.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant with extensive experience in financial modelling, 3 statement models, financial projections, scenario and sensitivity analysis. You'll need to be able to work autonomously with strong stakeholder management skills, and it would be beneficial to have experience working within financial services.
