Our new client is a renowned financial advice company with over 25 years of experience serving the community. They are fully regulated under IDD & MiFID with permissions to operate across the EU. Role Overview:

As a Financial Advisor with them, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. This role offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and the potential for progression to a self-employed advisory position.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises.
  • Conducting in-depth financial reviews and analyses for clients to assess their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Developing customized financial strategies and plans tailored to meet the individual needs and objectives of clients.
  • Communicating complex financial concepts and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to provide ongoing support, guidance, and updates on their financial matters.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to ensure the delivery of relevant and up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors, and accountants, to provide holistic financial solutions for clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure obligations, costs of services provided, and recommended products.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments.
  • Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, including requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided, and advised products.
  • Maintaining suitable qualifications and completing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 4 minimum: UK DipPFS/Cyprus CySEC Advanced or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Interest in providing long-term, ethical services.
  • Career-minded attitude.
  • Willingness to relocate or work remotely as needed.

  • Our client would be looking at a starting salary in the region of €25 - 35,000 with on target being up to €100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
